Denplan Essentials
Covers the foundations of your care: regular check-ups, often a scale and polish, plus worldwide dental injury and emergency cover.
Denplan Hygiene
Regular professional cleaning in easy monthly payments. Ideal if you have an implant or are quitting smoking. Emergency cover is not included.
Denplan for Children
Preventive, educational care to build healthy habits for life, with worldwide dental injury and emergency cover.
Denplan Membership
Guarantees your place with your dentist, may include treatment discounts, and comes with worldwide emergency cover.

None of the plans cover laboratory fees (for example to make crowns), prescriptions or referrals. Your dentist will tailor your plan to you.
Moving to Affinity from another Denplan dentist
- Ask your current dentist for a Patient Leaving Form, and finish any outstanding treatment with them first.
- Contact Denplan on 0800 401 402 to end your contract. They need at least 21 days’ notice, and the contract ends on the last day of the month.
- Book your first appointment with us, tell us you are a Denplan patient, and bring your Patient Leaving Form.
Rejoining Denplan within six months of leaving? There is no registration fee.
